1. Digital Content Exception & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, consumers generally possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts.
However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
During checkout, consumers tick a mandatory consent checkbox:
“I accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy and consent to immediate access to the digital software.”
“⚠️ Non-refundable: digital products are strictly non-refundable once access or license activation is granted.”
By checking this box, you confirm prior express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the waiver of the statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Subscription Cancellation Policy
You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time:
- Self-Service: Click “Manage Subscription” in the order confirmation receipt sent to your email by Dodo Payments.
- Via Support: Send an email to support@inkcheckhero.com or use the form above, and our team will cancel it for you.
- Billing Period: After cancellation, your Pro license remains active until the end of your prepaid period. You will never be charged again.
4. Accidental Duplicate Transactions
If an error during payment resulted in duplicate charges for the same license period, please contact our support team at support@inkcheckhero.com with your transaction details. Verified accidental duplicate payments will be promptly refunded to the original payment method within 1–10 business days.
