1. Service Provider & Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InkCheckHero preflight software, website located at inkhero.argd.space (and associated domains), and the InkCheckHero Adobe UXP desktop plugins for Adobe Photoshop® and Adobe Illustrator® (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Merchant of Record & Financial Transactions

Our order process and billing for international and European Union customers is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments Inc. (or designated affiliates).

• Merchant of Record Role: Dodo Payments is the legal entity of sale and processes payments (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Dodo Payments collects, calculates, and remits applicable sales tax and EU Value Added Tax (VAT) under EU Directive 2006/112/EC.
• Regional CIS Alternative: For customers in select CIS regions, transactions are facilitated through Lava.top (supporting Mir, SBP, and local bank cards).
• Payment Security: Payment information is transmitted with end-to-end 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption and handled by PCI DSS Level 1 certified systems with 3D-Secure 2.0. We never store raw credit card numbers or security codes.

3. License Grants & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, InkCheckHero grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software:

4. Instant Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

All products sold on InkCheckHero are digital software licenses delivered immediately and electronically:

• Immediate Access: Upon successful checkout, buyers are immediately redirected to https://inkhero.argd.space/activate, where device licenses are activated automatically or via email verification.
• No Physical Delivery: No physical goods, boxed copies, or CDs are shipped. No shipping or handling fees apply.
• Confirmation: An automated confirmation receipt containing order details and subscription management links is sent to the purchaser’s email immediately.

5. Prepress Accuracy & Technical Disclaimer

InkCheckHero applies mathematical total area coverage ($C\% + M\% + Y\% + K\%$) checks and Gray Component Replacement (GCR) algorithms to help detect and reduce ink density.

6. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation

• Recurring Billing: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Annual plans purchased as Early Bird offers do not auto-renew without consent.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero fee via the customer portal link in your receipt email or by contacting support@inkcheckhero.com.
• Post-Cancellation Access: Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain fully accessible until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
• Refund Policy & Digital Content: Under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), digital software licenses supplied immediately upon purchase with prior consent are non-refundable. For full terms, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We are committed to user privacy. Our Web Preflight inspection runs 100% on your local machine using HTML5 Canvas — no images, artwork, or documents are ever uploaded to our servers.
